Goodbye Joe Lombardi & NFL Divisional Round | Bolt City

(0:00-17:00) Well it is official, the Los Angeles Chargers will keep Brandon Staley as the head coach. However, Joe Lombardi has been let go as the Offensive Coordinator. Who should replace Joe? Dave Palet, Josh Palet, and Mario Herron go into which coach they would want for Offensive Coordinator.

(17:02-33:52) As Sean Payton will not come to the Chargers this offseason. The question reminds, where will Sean Payton go? The guys look into what place fits him best and his latest run on many different shows. Plus they look into what will happen to Lamar Jackson this offseason.

(33:52-END) A little spoiler alert for the fans, the Bolt City crew did not have a good spread record on Wild Card Weekend. One of us did not get one right but that means redemption! The guys go through their picks to finish out the show.

  1. Real long time fans new dean was finna bring back Staley. He always gives his coaches an extra year. THEN when shit ends the same way next year he'll finally fire him… we're gonna be talkin about the same shit next year and the next… its a ferris wheel of "Chargering".

  2. Josh when you going to listen I told you STALEY will not get fire because the Spanos believe the coach and the QB can win Super Bowl with out Payton he need better staffs and learn from his mistakes I believe in him but I made you believer lol thanks haaaaa😅😅😅😅😅

  3. I think the media, half the fan base and probably the Spanos bullied Staley out of his identity. He was not the same guy as year 1 and I think he was forced to be that way. I think the Spanii told him they didn’t want him going for it in 4th down so much since they got so much shit about it from the press. That was our brand/identity and I hope he finds it again or at least told the owners their way didn’t work it’s time to let the man do it his own way

  4. It makes sense to keep him cause the most charger thing to happen if we fire him will be he goes to another team and kills it reaping the benefits of us putting in the time to give him the experience only to get rid of him.

  5. Unbelievable we didn’t fire Staley too 🔥especially after all the B.S decisions he has made🔥
Are we purposely trying to lose fans in a situation where we need more fans ??????????? 🤦🏻‍♂️
We lose a 27-0 lead in a Playoff game, we lose a Star WR Mike Williams to injury ,
And all the dumb questionable decisions he made throughout the 2 seasons like the Cleveland Browns browns game only reason we won because Staley got lucky Browns kicker missed the FG and last year’s season finale vs Raiders that knocked us out the Playoffs and also the Video of Staley bending over exercising on the field at Indianapolis before the game and always seems lost and clueless on how to run an NFL game at game time gets out coached.
Great job Chargers and by the way Brandon Staley initials r B.S.

  6. Need to figure out the running game on both sides of the ball. This effects Herbert. Can’t stop the run it leaves him on the sidelines and takes him out of Rhythm. When we can’t run the ball the defense pins there ears back and drops 7 guys. Ekeler is awesome but it’s time to invest in a bigger back to wear the defense down.

  7. What would you guys think of this for the OC. If he doesn't get a HC job, would you call up KC and ask to yalk to Eric B. Eventhough it's a lateral move maybe Andy would give the green light because if he could replicate what is going on in KC it would help hom get a HC job. A lot of the criticism on Eric is that Andy is calling the plays this would help Eric prove that's not the case.

  8. Staley needs to coach like he did year one and get an offensive coordinator you will let Herbert shine and we need receivers you can catch the football 50 60 yards down the field also get defensive players to stop the run.
