This was not just a reaction to watch on Youtube. This was a beautiful experience and I think that so many of us who watched this with you also cried with you. It is not your fault is so deeply moving and exactly what so many of us needed to hear.

I say just let those tears flow…, hold that husband of yours because the two of you have a good thing going. My wife passed away just over 8 years ago and I was a wreck for about 3 1/2 years before I decided to return to the land of the living. I just figure it’s just something that, at some point, we all have to go through. And as painful as it was it was also beautiful to be able to share part of my life with someone. 🥲🥰
Oh honey I wanna hug you so tightly!! Anything Mr. Williams is in is special, but when he says "It's not your fault," I truly believe those words weren't just for Will, but for any & everyone watching. They (Affleck & Damon) won Oscars for the writing & Robin won for best supporting actor. (Even Ben's younger brother Casey was the friend who couldn't keep a job & wanted shotgun). The way it came together was magical & they all knew it. Robin had a way of inadvertently elevating every project he worked on, as well as the other cast he worked with. This movie will always hold a special place for me, as do many films Robin was in. O' Captain, My Captain (Dead Poet's Society)is how I will always think of him. Sending you many hugs, & you snuggle Beans as long as you need to❤

I've never not cried at this film. It's one of the most important films ever.
Williams was born for this role (check out Dead Poets Society, Awakenings and Good Morning Vietnam for some of his other good work). Damon and Affleck certainly deserved their Oscar for writing this as well – truly amazing work especially at their age then.

Thank you for giving us something so beautiful and vulnerable as this. Sometimes reactions are just things strangers do to entertain us online, and sometimes they're something more important. A pop song can be "She Loves You, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah," but it can also be "Imagine." Will Hunting would say something about the Greek word Catharsis, because he'd know its full history and meaning. I'll just say, this reaction unlocks something in us. You've given us a safe space as much as we've given you one.
It's funny; this isn't the movie that spoke to my trauma at all. I just enjoyed it as a great movie. Then, I saw Kevin Smith's "Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back," and they made fun of this, and it was hilarious, because Kevin Smith is always hilarious. Then I saw "Clerks 3," and that's the movie that did exactly this to me. I wasn't okay for two days afterward.
Go pet your cat and I'll pet mine (that's not a euphemism). If the point of this movie was that not everything worth knowing comes out of a book, it's also that not all the psychological healing that's worth having comes out of a therapist's office. Certainly some of it does (if you have a GOOD therapist, but that's another matter). But healing comes from unexpected places, and I think the space you've built for us around this film, around your channel, and maybe around Beans is one of those places. Sending love and gratitude.

As usual, a wonderful, genuine, emotional reaction that keeps you as the best movie reactor. One of my fave movies and I only visited Boston for the first time two years ago.
By the way, here in the UK pickled eggs on the bar are popular! I think its the same in Ireland, and since there's such a strong Irish influence in Boston, it makes sense.

Directed by Gus Van Sant who did Elephant, Drugstore Cowboy(Matt Dillon) and My Own Private Idaho(Keanu Reeves and River Phoenix) The blonde jerk Harvard guy is the real brother to the former Law and order: SVU actor and now Insurance spokesman as Mayhem on tv. The professor at the MIT like university Stellan Skarsgard is the dad of actors Alexander(True Blood tv series, Succession, The Northman) and Bill(It,The Crow remake). When is comes up, you HAVE to review the film Love Lies Bleeding with Kristen Stewart in another star making role playing half a duo in a star crossed lovers relationship both hiding secrets. Matt Damon actually attended Harvard University but dropped out but did receive a medal from the school. Ben Affleck also won an Oscar for Best Picture for ARGO. Like a film with lots of female content? Try RAZE. Lots of action!
