  1. No matter what attitude a police officer uses to talk to you wether its a cop being a complete asshole or a cop being the nicest person in the world to you, you need to understand that the police are never really your friend and they will do whatever it takes to get the information they need to arrest you, so whenever you are being interviewed by a police officer the best thing you can do is get the officer a roll of toilet paper and tell him that he needs to wipe the shit that is coming out of his mouth!!! Lmao!! Saying that will usually shut them up and leave you alone and also never, ever talk to the police without a lawyer with you so that the police can't violate your rights or use unlawful actions or lies and threats to make it seem that if you cooperate with them they will help you!! The police are not going to help you out with anything that you have been arrested for, and they won't help you because they don't have the ability or the authority to help you once you have been arrested and charged and the only person who has the ability to help you is your lawyer or the prosecutor and the prosecutor is going to use everything that you say against you and always remember that anything that you say, you will be held to and you will not be able to change your story once you have given them a statement!!

  2. Hippa is not about what people think it is. It is to protect your information from being sold or given out. It just means your personal medical records belong to you though being held elsewhere. It ain't got shit to do with the bullet you put in your foot 2 seconds ago.

  3. If little Miss EMT is so concerned about the patient’s well being, she needs to tie her hair back, better yet, put it into a bun. Hair, especially that long, has some gross, nasty stuff in it. She’s gloved up yet fails miserably in the hair department. Wonder what company policy is…

  4. This is a lousy audit. The guy gets too carried away in 'mouthing' about his rights he lets the cop stand right in front of his camera

And, as the cop moves away he continually re-engages with the cop and so does not achieve his stated purpose of looking at how they treat the patient

  5. Almost no medical workers actually know the HIPAA laws, they have some vague idea but they think it makes them police and able to ignore other laws and citizen's rights.

  6. The Cpl/Sgt seemed reasonable in his approach. Medical staff by their training and nature are going to be protective of their patients. I side with this if it keeps the staff focused and the patient calm. Stress can be a killer. The EMS tech will know better in future engagements.
