  1. Just what the Doctor ordered! Ive been stuck (overwhelmed/burned-out) at this part of the game myself for a few days. its my first play-through and I was feeling a little swamped by all that I wanted to get done. However, just hearing you vocalize a plan to start oil products was enough to cut through my burn-out fog. Thanks Doc!

  2. It's so wild, I'm literally building my first oil refinery on the same islands as you! Using the 2 normal and 2 pure oil deposits, I got 12 fuel refineries pushing 360 resin per minute to 3 plastic+5 rubber refineries on the second floor while pumping 480 fuel per minute into double stacked industrial buffers while I build the fuel generators. I used the water tower technique from your short to allow the fuel to reach the second story buffers. I'm currently pondering ways to connect the buffers where the buffers kind of act like a "megaunit" where the bottom buffer fills completely before the buffer above begins filling and vice versa for draining. I know using pumps to act as one way valves is key, but I'm still new to the game and it's fluid dynamics. Any ideas? Also how many industrial buffers would be reasonable?
