Take a shot everytime I say 'Death' and you'll probably be one of Those who live in death.
Verry interesting I didn't know that Godwin was a frend with fortisax and that he is the reason that the dragon Cult exist.

Based Goldmask is the ending I'm going for in NG+, but this storyline is super cool. Underrated lore channel, looking forward to more
More lore video YEY! Great work on your video about Miquella and Malenia.
Why the hell did Godwin became a squid
:((((
Id love if in some dlc we face Godwyn and he just says hes the lord of all that is golden as if nothing happened to him, even as a sick undead abomination.
love the lore videos
It appears several of the Demi-Gods have relationships with Dragons. Ranni, when she was younger, defeated a Glintstone Dragon who then swore itself to her. Godwyn befriended an Ancient Dragon. Godrick had seemingly respected a Dragon enough to Graft it onto himself, and say it was a true Heir. It's a shame Radhan never had any sort of relationship with a Gravitational / Meteorite Dragon. Imagine if his phase 2 was him leaping into the sky, only to return on the back of a large purple rock encrusted dragon.
I did all this but D was not there. Not even his armour; but Fia's armour was there and she was still alive.
Roiger regularly lay with fia!!???
Good video for summing up the whole story, but I still don't understand why Godwyn has a squid as his face though, or what those squid things are in reality.
Interesting how Ranni only ever admits to forging the black blades but not of slaying Godwyn. And how black knife assassins come after her later.
I love this lore videos you earn my sub for this toppics
My theory: the Black Knife Assassins were working for Marika, as both she and the Assassins were Numen and thus outside the scope of the greater Will; The Endings of Both Ranni and Godwyn both circumvent the greater will "Freeing" everyone from their grasp Just as Marika wanted.
So far the best lore content for Elden ring. I congratulate you and hope to see more
Even lore videos cant escape the blood river meta
My theory to why godwyn looks like that and why you see the cthulu faces around like in stormveil is that his mind and soul arent around to contain his body's godly power so it mutates and spreads uncontrollably like a cancer.
Any one else think the gods and the 2 fingers might be 2 stages of life of the same species? We find dead 2 finguers atop the towers where we restore the power of great runes, except for one tower, where we find the body of Ronni. Why would Ronnis body be left in such a place? Unless these are in fact the intended resting place of their species.
There is a ton of bodt transformation going on with the gods. Godin became the prince of death (what ever that is) Arika tranforms from herself unto Radagon and back again, Melena transforms into nudist butterfly Melena, It does not seem impossible that the 2/3 fingers are older forms of what ever the gods are, so when one died early, they laid her body to rest the same way they would any other, and thus Ronni was placed atop the tower.
One thing iam not sure with the age of the duskborn ending is if the ending really restores death into the rlden ring or just turns everyone into the undead, because then again the golden order is just life and the hollowbrand is just death but there is no rebirth.
I dont know if you know but if you kill bernhal when he invade you at farum azula he will give you an item, the blasphemous claw, that Can deflect maliketh power. The description reads that ranni gave the claw to Rykard during the night of the black knives as a reward, to defend himself against maliketh, if the truth of their plot was found. So she is the one behind all of this. Dont forgot that rennala children dont seems to like marika descendants. (Sorry for the bad english)
It's hilarious that a lore video needs a spoiler warning. It's lore. Duh.
does fia ever wake up or have more to her questline if we dont give Ds brother the armor?
Its interesting that there are black knife assasins when rannis mentor dies and where you fight bladder, black knife assasins also guard the haligtree evergaol to
Absolutely love your Elden ring lore videos really well done keep it up! š
I'll be back after I beat the game. Thanks for putting out lore, it's my drug of choice.
Ranni and Fia's ending seems about right and not evil either. They aim to breach the wall of immortality that is basically torturing most of the living beings in the Lands Between the Golden Order has been subjugating and give them the chance to be free, live and die normally.
So every God in elden ring is a shape-shifting spacedragon that's why you can see the black scales from godwyn seems like something R. R Martin would come up with
The Twinned Armor set's description said that D is of two minds. Normally, someone of two minds can be considered as crazy. A synonym for crazy is nuts.
In short, D's nuts.
Wish I could understand the heck I'm looking at
I don't understand why Godwyn has that goofy looking face lol.
Takes a lot to unnerve me, the corpse of Godwyn unnerves me
Why a fish though?
This dude didn't wait and asked where vaati at when you need him and made content for us asap. 10/10 would devouwer the gerds tergether
Shiiiit if I just beat a powerful dragon Iād befriend it too.
Teach me some of them lightning spells!
