  14. Why the fuck do they act as if they were an American family? "We're here for you" "we love you" "can I get you a water or something?", this franchise was built on the epic genre, characters shouldn't talk like middle class westerners, god damn it.

  22. I've seen all of this game now through YouTube videos, I don't own a PS5 and I wasn't about to buy one for 1 specific game, no matter how much I love it. So I went ahead and watched all the cutscenes, then a full 25ish hour no commentary playthrough of the main story, then a 3ish hour no commentary after-credits follow up thing. Then I spent the past day or so watching every little side quest thing I could find, all the boat dialogues, all the Valkyries, all the berserkers, etc.

    After watching all of this I have a legitimate complaint about God of War Ragnarok. Like it's a 100% serious complaint and I've fought people over smaller grievances when I was a teenager. This game is ENTIRELY TOO SHORT. There should have been an entire side quest chain to go on with Thor, and at least another 10-25 hours worth of main story. The least they could have done is a few timeskips. At least that way they could make DLC that fills in the gaps later on or something, they could throw in the side missions with Thor there, or maybe let you play as Thor there.

    There should just be 10x the amount of content for the game as a whole imo, we waited 4 long years to get it, and they owe us a third, one final game with Kratos as the lead before they either hand the reigns over to Atreus or just end the series entirely.
