  1. Man what an awesome episode, those whales compared to your boat were huge. Extra bonus to see a dugong and I love your nicknames for your family. Brilliant colours in your footage, adore the Ningaloo. Thanks for sharing!

  2. Great Video
Just for future reference, your boat needs to display its registration. Maybe it is, but I’m from the north west of WA, and if you get pulled over by fisheries without your sticker you’ll get a fine. I just witnessed a bloke get a fine fishing off his tender.
    Safe travels

  3. Exmouth and Ningaloo is a great place to visit. But, you need to book well in advance at peak times. In July 2024 the WA Govt has introduced a booking system for the sites in the WA National Parks so that people can book and rely on having a place to camp when they arrive. But, the prices are very good and often it appears that there are no shows, and there is no process for no shows, so you may drive past and read it is booked out, but there will be empty sites. You can start booking 180 days in advance and some campers actually sit at their computer at midnight WA time 180 days ahead (early morning on East Coast) to make a booking and the more favourite places can be booked out like 179 days in advance. Also if you don't have a boat, you wont be able to see most of the stuff in this video. You will notice there is a peak season from say May to August. Outside of this period there are cyclones and storms, stinking hot windy days, which are very uncomfortable in a tent or caravan. If you can get a comfortable air-conditioned hotel room or cabin at the tourist park, you can still have a great time, but it is often not worth going to stay in a caravan or tent from September/October to March/April. Thank goodness the Lost Tribe had some great days there.

  5. Hey Lost Tribe Adventures. Awesome vid as always you guys, love your work. Drone footage is awesome, would so love to get some vid of whales and manta rays like you did. Osprey Bay looks awesome, how would I do in a kayak? Would so love to get out there, how far out is the reef break? Aaron & Stef what make and model do you have for an action camera? Your footage comes up great, would you like to upgrade or happy with what you have?
