Is Mirana's arrow just too slow to be really useful? Seems like it travels so slowly there's always time to dodge unlees there's some chaos to cover it.
Big factor in Mirana missing arrows for a while now is the increased movement speed during night. Also, the map is more open space, not that many bottlenecks. Increasing the speed by at least 50% would make a difference. Or lowering cooldown and manacost. She feels quite useless without items.
The invis portal play from top to bot was a good attempt, too bad Tusk snowball was so ready.
