Where do limiting belies come from? I have identified the four root causes of limiting beliefs; the negative mind, the over development of negative neural pathways, past trauma and societal limiting beliefs. At the core this video is about self-awareness, enlightenment, and spiritual awakening (i.e. not identifying with the mind and ego). I guide you through practices on working through limiting beliefs, self-doubt, anxiety and fears to move into a positive mindset, in order to manifest your desires. I elucidate how to implement present moment living and stop dwelling on negative past experiences and worry about the future. I elucidate meditation, mindfulness and self-love practices. I go into the psychology of past trauma and the fragmentation of personalities, and how this is related to stored or blocked negative emotions. I discuss the negative beliefs ingrained through the matrix or societal beliefs and how to detach from those.

  3. I’m a big fan of meditation and present moment awareness. When I first started meditating I used to go very deep and experience bliss and peace. I was pretty much practicing daily at that point

    I took long breaks from it and am now getting back into it again. One thing I realized about meditation is that if you do it with the intention of “I need to meditate” or “I just want to feel better” then it doesn’t work. I think meditation for me has to be an extension of present moment awareness/ mindfulness. Then once I deepen the state of being present, it helps me be more present during the day.

    Another thing is to not get up when you feel the slightest urge to do something else or you feel an uncomfortable emotion. This will prevent you from sinking deep into meditation beyond the threshold of thought.

    Also youre so right about the older people get the more negative they become, unless of course they do the practices.

    My goal is to be forever young in the mind 🙂 won’t let that crusty ego take over.

Hi, first of all I wanted to tell you that all your videos are really really great, here in Italy a bit too many times the topic that you talk about is called “luck” or “misfortune” but I agree with you that the so called luck is only for those who truly believe in what the do and the “misfortune” is attracted by our negative thoughts.
    Having said that I wanted if I can ask few questions which can help clear my mind on the topic:
    1. Do you think talking to others about your manifestation make it not happen because you lose that energy?
    2. You talked about not focusing on the future happiness and be grateful now, but if your are in a difficult moment for example you can “bite the bullet” and say “I know now it’s not a good moment but in the future I’ll be better” and focus on the future happiness as a tool to escape the present?

  6. I was feeling so low yesterday. Out of no where i was crying all day. Was really struggling to make me convince that i am worthy. And than when i was going to bed i saw you uploaded this video about same issue i have been struggling with.
