  1. $30/day? Still too cheap, if I'm going to be standing in one place in line while CMs just let person after person slide through in Lightning Lane as my anger levels slowly increase I want to know those people spent like a full day ticket extra. And I want people spending at least $50 to skip the line on "premium" rides.

  2. Disney invests in IPs, does not get the returns they expected, raises prices in the parks to make up the losses, people don't learn that they're being marginalized and keep coming because they just can't help themselves. Rinse, lather, repeat.

  3. Donโ€™t understand how people are paying for and putting up with all the crap that goes with visiting Disneyland or Disneyworld today. I used to visit Disneyworld a few times a year for 12-14 days at a time and would be in Disneyland at least every couple of years. I will not put up with the reservation system , prices for everything including hotels, or genie plus. I will visit National Parks and Europe or Universal if I want a theme park fix

  4. What goes around, comes around. When the Disney Parks had the A-E tickets, you would pay for the park admission, the A-E ticket books, and then additional over and above A-E tickets, for your favorite rides. Now you pay for park admission, get Genie+, and additional Lighting Lane, for your favorite rides. โ€œThe more things change, the more they stay the same.โ€

  5. I don't understand the Candy Cane hype. They start making them in August and store them for 3 months in the storage area backstage next to Starbucks. How magical. You're more likely to get fresh candycanes towards the end of the season when they're trying to get rid of their stock. Otherwise thanks to FiFo, you're eating a 3 month old treat LMAO ~A former Disneyland Candymaker Shift Lead/Trainer.

  6. Istill don't understand their reasoning. If there are more people, they make more money. WHY then put prices up. Their BS pricing idea doesn't hold water. They will continue to put the price up until people refuse to use it, then when the standby crowd revolt and push their way onto rides, Disney will complain about UNDESIRABLE guests.
