Everyone is saying in the comments it’s fleetaway super sonic in his normal form, but it’s actually a character from the fleetaway comics, this character’s gimmick is he is an extra life box waiting for sonic to die so he can take his place, but he gets impatient and attempts to escape. And just because he sticks up the middle finger doesn’t mean he is fleetaway super sonic.
look at this sonic and the comics in one of them tails finds a monitor with sonic's face and then tails goes there and breaks the monitor but it wasn't sonic it was an evil copy of him created by eggman so i won't spoil it AND HIM NOT FLETTWEL
