Don’t even care about the copyright strike I’ll probably get, I just HAVE to show off this absolutely wonderful and really beautiful mod!! Crazy to think that such a cool mod was made in just 3 days, everyone on this team is incredibly damn talented! I love the art so much in this mod, the way only half of their faces are shown with their own individual expressions corresponding to the song is the coolest thing ever and it’s really nice to look at! Especially with how it evolves over the course of the song, with BF looking worryingly at Miku half way through it and then confronting her, which brings back all the colors, it’s such a pretty and creative concept that was super well executed!! Not to mention it’s about one of my favorite Vocaloid songs ever! I absolutely adore Rolling Girl and this BF cover was genuinely perfect, sounded so damn good in every single way! I need more mods like this in my life, genuinely incredible experience! Hope you guys enjoy!

  11. I think this mod highlights one of my favorite things about Friday Night Funkin's mods specifically. The inclusion of Boyfriend into established ideas or concepts or songs or games changes a lot. Here, it changes the context of Rolling Girl completely. In Rolling Girl, Miku gives into her depressive thoughts. She doesn't want to give up, but it's too painful to keep rolling on as she puts it. She gives up on life. But in this mod, Boyfriend changes things. She actually has someone to cry to. It saves her life. She has a reason to continue fighting, to continue rolling on because she has someone to share her pain with. That's what I like about FNF mods. You can change history with them. You can finally defeat Sonic.exe and give those tortured souls hope for once. You can save Mickey Mouse who was about to give up on life. And you can be there for someone who desperately needed help, who desperately needed someone to talk to, someone to care for her.

  13. tbh, i don't exactly get why some are saying this was disrespectful? If anyone can please let me know.
    I'm really a huge fan of wowaka and it was sad to see him go and i have been in the vocaloid community for years now. I know most of vocaloid fans aren't big fans of the fnf let alone the community but I think this mod is great

  30. this mod is so beautiful dude it honestly just makes me head cannon that they are siblings even more. with their canonical ages (BF is older than Miku), it would make sense for BF to just try and be there for her when she's going through a rough spot. with songs like these miku really needs someone thats just genuinely there for her, and this mod is just a really cute way of portraying that πŸ™‚

    or im reading it all wrong and its just pretty vocals lol
