“I spotted it this yesterday (Friday-feb19) at my college, Kathmandu, Nepal. There were white objects in the sky, I am not sure what it is, didn’t look like a drone because it was very high above drone range.
It was also moving slowly in random directions.”

I saw these on November 15th, 2020 at 4:15pm in Omaha Nebraska. The ones I saw were bunched together a little closer. There was one the looked closer than the others and seemed to have a reflective metallic surface.

That looks like Braille they're trying to communicate as in Braille dots anybody in here read Braille
