Witness description:
“Silent, brilliant lights in cylindrical form pass right over us while sitting in driveway about 8:38 pm central time Saturday, Oct. 30, 2021. Coming from south-east then ascend heading north NW. We were stunned for a few seconds while lights are moving directly above us just over treetops. Three of the lights during video act like an anchor or an arm directing a cluster of sparkly lights.”

Crazy.
Great video but did anyone else during the opening frame the cluster of lights before they started tracking the moving lights? 🤔
Seen something very similar over Woodland Hills California back in 2016. wasn't moving across the sky like this but stationary or nearly stationary. I could only describe it as a cluster of UFOs which looked like a star constellation.
It looks like one giant object with many lights turning around in the sky above
