  1. Very nice review. If you enjoyed this album, I think another one you should review is Yellow House by Grizzly Bear. I feel like it is kind of a mix of Fleet Foxes and Beach Boys/Brian Wilson.

  2. Fleet Foxes and Robin Pecknold are the best! Glad you liked it so much. The other albums are similar yet different from this one, so hopefully you’ll like them as well. I honestly couldn’t pick a favorite bc they’re all such different vibes to me. Also I’m happy to tell you that you can hear an album with just Robin and his guitar- he did a concert for YouTube during lockdown and it’s just beautiful. It’s called A Very Lonely Solstice. No new songs tho, so wait till you’ve heard the album versions first 👍

  3. Fleet Foxes dropped their first EP in 2006 and first album (this one) in 2008 right around the Left Field, Indie Folk explosion. IMO, they are the absolute pinnacle of this era and style of music.
