I have a feeling that you still have a bad idea of how route works……..Shirou is MAINLY the cause of why they splitting and Rider's contract has nothing to do with Shirou therefore Sakura was ALWAYS the rightfull master of Rider.For some reason Unlimited blade works does not show Shinji with a book and since there Rider offscrened we also didn't saw how the book burned up,but in Fate route we saw both of there things since Rider was more present there and acted practically as the first antagonist that we beated.

as for the scene of shirou chopping off sakura's head, its a reference for another ending for Heaven's feel, where shirou does exactly that, meaning he follows the footsteps of Kiritsugu – we call it "Mind of Steel" ending

Yes, Heracles is a very strong berserker class servant, but he is not the strongest at least in terms of firepower. For example, berserker Morgan (Saber Artoria's sister and the namesake of Saber Alter's NP) can shoot literal nukes from a different dimension to another. She could also blast anyone with an attack equal to 12 Excaliburs. She's that powerful and she's not even the strongest.

Rmb how in fate zero the grail was corrupted? This is what it is all about the corruption that was summoned in the 3rd Grail War, in the 3rd War a servant corrupted the grail hence in the 4th(Fate/Zero) Kiritsugu couldn't get the outcome he wanted due to it being corrupted which ended up in the disaster as well. Heaven's Feel route is all about them choosing the path that their parents never choose, choosing their own path for themselves rather then it being dictated by their parent's mistake.
49:52. Hate to break it to you, but Heracles isn't as greatest as you think if you look at Fate as a whole. He's hard to kill and that's pretty much it. There's already more than 10 Servants out there that can outright kill him or beat him to the ground. The real Heracles is his Archer Self
I know this is late but one fact that wasn't shown in the movie was that the reason Sakura ate GIlgamesh as quickly as she did and swallowed him to convert him into mana is because she feared that if she didn't he would blow her up from the inside out. Ah another case of Gilgamesh being too arrogant to just whip out Ea and wipe out his opponents XD
