  1. #jhope is the one who actually showed growth and have the best rap flow who switches it up. Nothing is the same with him. Like if you look at the other rappers their rapping is the same in every song either vomiting the rap or mumbling their words. You could tell that some rappers need collabs otherwise their work will sound exactly the same as their other projects. That is why j-hope is known to have no bad verse. He is the most versatile and could manipulate his voice to suit whatever song. Before you go to other members which their fans beg you to do, listen to j-hope’s albums first to understand his artistry.

  2. Also j-hope is a very good songwriter! His music is ver artistic. His first album HopeWorld is brighter than Jack In The Box but it is darker in lyrics while JITB is darker in sound but it is more hopeful. Kpop beats are recycle. Sound the same. He is one of the three musical pillars.

  4. One thing about him: he is using his voice like an instrument, always using it differently even from verse to verse in one song. One of the reasons why I can never get enough of him

  5. I love the rap line. Think they are trully 3 of the best rapers in the world. Yes our Sunsine is a fantastic raper with that huge sunny smile and bright personality. Hobipalooza is by far the best concert I´ve ever seen. Then Agust D´s concerts were fire!!! INDIGO album from RM is a masterpiece. An the 3 together are phenomenal. J Hope has such a unique style.

  6. In Arson he is asking: do I put down the fire or set it even brighter: ARSON. He is telling us he is doingmore, wanting more, growing more. He will kep on doing amazing music. BTS has that: very derious topics on top of bright music and amazing choreos.

  7. First of all, Hoseok wasn't third to join bts. He was third to join the dorm. There was no bts back then yet. I don't understand why people after all these years still don't get it.

Second, he doesn't look like a rapper? WTF does that even mean? Didn't know rappers have specific look.

Seriously, you just started to react to them and already downplay and dismiss him without even knowing anything about him by looking at one picture. Perfect army behavior actually. You'll fit right in perfectly with that shitty fandom saying shit like that. So congrats I guess.

  8. Arson for me was about how overwhelming success is. This must have been written after they got all the success and they all considered dibanding the group for a bit. They were not getting any breaks and their massive shows exhausting.

  10. 70 year old ARMY. It's hard to believe, but orinally RM and Hobie were not considered handsome enough to be idols. That's nuts. Side note..did you notice the 'box' contained the rooms in the MV? After all the album's title was "Jack in the Box" & Hobie was wearing his joker hat in some scenes. Clever & creative.

  11. In fairness, he probably doesn't look like a rapper to you because…he wasn't actually supposed to be one.
    Sort of.
BTS started off as a rap group. (All of them CAN rap, just…some not nearly as well as others, of course.)
When the decision came down that they were going to switch to being an idol group, Jungkook was deemed a rapper with J-Hope as a vocalist. However, Jungkook wanted to be a vocalist, so….Hobi switched with him and learned how to rap – often practicing just in the dorm – until he developed his own, unique, style of rapping. When needed, Jungkook can still rap like a madman…and Hobi's vocals are amazing…but, "officially", yeah, J-Hope is a rapper, Jungkook is a vocalist.

  12. "Arson" is so cool, especially Hobi's live performance on Lollapalooza is even more amazing. In addition, his rap is very personal, not specifically competing with the speed, but showing strong tension and flow. And "JITB" won the ninth place in Rolling Stone Magazine's Top Hundred Best Albums of last year. I also recommend "Blue side"👍

  13. My heart is so full of pride for this man. I got teary when you said how beautiful he is because let's be real, he is gorgeous. Unfortunately, he wasn't seen as handsome in South Korea that's why im always tearing up when someone says he's pretty and appreciates his talent as well.
    Thank you for this reaction💜
