Tone, pronunciation, clarity, delivery and emotional content beyond comparison, presently speaking. When people are gifted it jumps out at you. Mariah was alone for a season as was Whitney, Dion, Streisand and other past singers. I'm thankful to have heard such gifted singers throughout my life. Morissette is the pinnacle today.
