  4. Love this music video for just defying expectations; you expect his buddy to die, and yet he comes back twice and gets evac'ed. Then they set up our boy as angry and hurt for what happened, and everything lines up to things just going to hell in the traffic stop, and for the spiral of violence to continue – but then, that isn't it. Not this time. For effing once, it goes the other way. And I love it. "The Sun will shine, this I swear, this I swear – This. I. Swear."

  5. Lived this hell. Videos just can't do it justice. It leaves you with scars you will have to live with the rest of your life. The problem is there's still not much help for us veterans. The VA is horrible.

  19. Half made me start crying when he said the people they served with is their family.. 😭 my dad’s best friend was a Black man. I never met him, but I saw pictures of him holding me. My father may have been many things but he taught me to be strong great work ethics and never taught racism as I found out other families do. Metallica’s music is used in war, although it also means other things.

  20. It’s a beautiful song. And the video shows the tension that ultimately amounts to a human interaction. Helping somebody fix the radiator hose. But the anxiety involved with every interaction is staggering. I couldn’t imagine going through it shout out to them, and to both of y’all my only complaint with this video is that you don’t have Braves hats on…

  21. Yeah, that part with the woman that came out of the car and kept coming forward that is super sketched out because they did use women with bombs to blow people up they would sacrifice themselves to blow people up
