Watched you for like 4 years almost before i tried my first picanha not long ago. It's just THE best cut. Nothing compares.
Super interesting to see japanese wagyu of a different grade. I'd really love to see a video where you compare a bunch of different grades, since it seems like A5 is pretty much the only thing I ever see despite other lower grades ostensibly existing

I did some tests with different people and most of the time a great ribeye will blow a great picanha out of the water.

Seriously Guga, above and beyond. The steaks were increasingly fantasy level. That side dish was a master class. I know I will never afford even cooking my own limited version but thank you for the dreams.

Sheeeeeeeet! It's just me. No Woman. No kids. No reason to buy this much steak. I want to , though. I don't want to go broke buying just a little bit of Wagyu. I got a Weber grill screaming to say….gimme wagyu! Sadly, it's on a fast.
Time for some Beef facts: if it's not from Japan, it isn't technically Wagyu. Wagyu are not a breed of cattle; the word Wagyu simply means Japanese Cattle. Out of the 4 predominate breeds of cattle in Japan, only the Japanese Black shows the marbling people associate with Wagyu. True Wagyu beef is rated A-C and 1-5, The letter represents retail yield of the carcass, while only the number represents quality of the beef A1 and C1 Wagyu have the exact same meat quality, as will A5 and C5.
