WANNA KNOW WHAT'S CRAZY!? We HAD a guy just last year that filled in the last 2 games ( when DC was benched) and he too was a 1st time starter.Alk he did? Was DESTROY the #1 Defense in football ( 49ers) with his PINPOINT accuracy AND Playmaking ability to roll out and throw DIMES to Davontae Adams for TD's!! He then followed it up with a MUCH better game against KC ( In ARROWHEAD!)
Than Aiden had at HOME vs a depleated Chargers team!! Of course im taking about Jared"The Javelin" Stidham who was rewarded by McDaniels getting rid of him to a DIVISION RIVAL( Denver!) Looking back? Why in tf would he oust THAT guy!? A guy that MANY of us WANTED to be in serious contention for the STARTING QB1 position THIS SEASON! He played 100x's better than AOC and we could have retained him for LESS …YES!…LESS THAN 10M!! It
is just SICKENING to see McD make EPIC BLUNDERS like this! NOBODY knows what he could have been for us!? And to make matters even worse? He was one of McD's guys from NE!! He totally KNEW the system and EXECUTED it at a VERY HIGH level!! Im just sitting here in complete

The offensive linemen played terrible both tackels were terrible!!!! Aiden was under pressure all game.

Good stuff, Raiders family is 1-3 and it sucks, however I feel were better, this year is not over next up Packers, I would like to see more AOC, but I'm cool with Jimmy for now, also Mark Davis checking the fan to use your brain, love it!

this is the difference why mcdaniels hasnt succeed yet , honestly after watching all your films sanji , a good portion of the time we have open receivers , that every qb for the broncos and raiders mcdaniels too coaching jobs cant process it .. only one who could was brady .. we need better oline protection and a great qb … i honestly think carr wasnt the answer , never was seen a stat today were jimmy g this season has scored more tds then carr has with the saints in 11 less offensive drives LOL .. i truely believe the reason behind the jimmy g signing was to run the football and have a way more effective offense with jimmy as more of a better redzone passes then carr and less turnovers ,, but the plan went to shit , bc of our terrible oline play and we cant run the football , or pass protect … think josh had a solid formula and it hasnt quiet worked out yet honestly .
Josh McDaniels did Aiden O'Connell no favors in this game… It is almost criminal.
This is an undiscipline and inconsistent team… That is a coaching issue.
I was a McDaniel's supporter, but his play calling and play design are outdated and predictable. This team despite its talent, it not good enough to not beat themselves.
What did Josh McDaniels do all damn week prior to the Chargers game????
He did not game plan to double team Mack with Bosa out.
He consistently called long route developing plays, knowing he had a rookie QB and no running game.
He was predictable and called Dagger over and over again to the point where the Chargers defense were jumping routes or calling out plays in real time.
He did not give Aiden more reps in the off season, even after signing an injury prone Jimmy G and old ass Brian Hoyer.
He has clearly alienated many players, and the offense has deeply regressed, especially the O Line.
These are all signs of a sub par Head Coach. If there is no improvement, Mark has to make a change at the bye week.
Mack was double blocked 2 times. What a joke.
To think ANY player has upside under this HC is foolish. He’s a franchise destroyer.
Why isn’t our offense more active in pre-snap movement and misdirection? We are too vanilla in our creativity!!
Look man, all I have to do is imagine what Reid, Carrol, McDaniel (Miami), Shannahan, Tomlin could do with this offense and it shows Josh is caught up in his own head. Reid would have Tucker lined up in the backfield and whereover just to turn him loose for example.
We need a Rt, RG old news until they fix that expect the same results….
Great content as usual. I think since we suck, let the Rookie get experience playing it can only benefit us. The offense was actually effective with all the blunders.
I like AOC but he was not hit very hard on those fumbles. Most NFL QBs would have been able to hold onto those balls. Take the sack, or even better extend the play by hanging onto it.

Not only did he just start, he was only getting 3rd string reps so he literally has little to no chemistry with receivers

That pass protection suck vs stunts . Thats on McDaniels. He's the offensive guro apparently. If they cant put up 21 + points this week then start AOC . idc how much experience jimmy has. No points means the offense is BAD .

He was having success on the short left side hash of the ball… once he goes right he has no step back cuz his left tackle was being bullied
Thanks for the nice vids ST. I think you shouldn't let the defense dictate. I think the correct move in that situation was to run the ball with J.J. and milk the clock, especially deep in the red zone with a rookie QB. Come out in a twin TE and a fullback, maybe bring in an extra lineman. Be like lets see if you can stop this 4 times in a row from the 3. Bully ball baby
You can't call him a bad QB because of mack. Mack is a vet beast.
