About the game:

Bloodborne is a 2015 action role-playing game developed by FromSoftware and published by Sony Computer Entertainment for the PlayStation 4. Bloodborne follows the player’s character, a Hunter, through the decrepit Gothic, Victorian-era–inspired city of Yharnam, whose inhabitants are afflicted with a blood-borne disease. Attempting to find the source of the plague, the player’s character unravels the city’s mysteries while fighting beasts and cosmic beings.

The game is played from a third-person perspective. Players control a customizable protagonist, and the gameplay is focused on strategic weapons-based combat and exploration. Players battle varied enemies while using items such as swords and firearms, exploring different locations, interacting with non-player characters, and unravelling the city’s mysteries. Bloodborne began development in 2012 under the working title of Project Beast. Bearing many similarities to the Souls series of games by the same developer and director, Bloodborne was inspired by the literary works of authors H. P. Lovecraft and Bram Stoker and the architectural design of real-world locations in countries such as Romania, the Czech Republic and Scotland.

Bloodborne was released in March 2015 and received critical acclaim, with praise directed at its gameplay, particularly its high difficulty level, atmosphere, sound design, Lovecraftian themes, and interconnected world design. Some criticism was directed at its technical performance at launch, which was improved with post-release updates. An expansion adding additional content, The Old Hunters, was released in November 2015. By the end of 2015, the game had sold over two million copies worldwide. Bloodborne won several awards and has been cited as one of the greatest video games ever made. Some related media and adaptations have also been released, including a card game, board game and comic book series. shoutout wikipedia lol

  1. What a great episode Mati, never a dull moment with you man 🤣. Congrats on 6k subs man let's hope we can hit 10k by the end of the year, fingers crossed man you deserve it. My tip for today would be to whenever you plan on using Fire Paper, also try to use the Beast Blood Pellets, they'll give you a boost in damage.

  3. Yeah, Fromsoft has always done multiple bosses boss fights. But now you get to see when they're well designed. Here you got three enemies, but the fight becomes a lot easier when you abuse the terrain and pick your targets. None of the Shadows are too aggressive and one of them stands back and shoots projectiles. Godskin Duo in the other hand is just two super aggressive bosses put in the same room without much thought. The fight would be a lot more bearable if both of the Godskins were worth 50% of the health bar, and once one is dead it isn't resummoned.

  4. OH man, you had a much less sloppy time with the Shadows than I did…I eventually got frustrated and summoned one of my League confederates for help!

As far as Insight? 40 is the next number where things start getting REALLY fun! 🙂

Keep it up, man, I always like having these on in the background of my home office!

  5. This series is a blast to watch. Haven't played BB and I'm on Xbox so I can't. But it looks like a crazy time. What are your thoughts at this point after playing Elden Ring?

  6. Insight changes start at 20 slightly and ending at 99 i think . A big difference is at 40 insight . It would be cool if you check out the older areas . Im sure the changes are obvious . If you don't want to do that , the next major boss triggers the same effect as 40 insight so dicide what way you want to go yourself .

  7. Arcane is basically "magic" within the Bloodborne universe. There are certain items from within the world you can get that require Arcane, that will basically give you abilities.
Bloodtinge is basically your pistol's power. Considering pistol's rarely kill, only really are used for parries, it's not really worth investing in. You CAN make a build that is "pistol only" basically, but that requires in-depth knowledge of what to get and where and what certain items do.

For your first playthrough, I recommend not dealing with them at all, just keep them as is. If you decide to play again (can really recommend, you notice so much more on a second playthrough), you can lookup some builds online or experiment yourself 🙂

  8. 6,000 subscribers man amazing growth. Loving every video and this series alone has me out hunting for a PS5 to get back on Bloodborne. Keep it up and I swear I'm about to get "classic" tattooed on me 😂. Keep grinding 🤙

  9. I noticed you don’t have anymore runes installed besides the Impurity Rune. These can help out a lot like giving more blood echoes etc. Also, it is a good idea to continue to check your bloodstones to see if you can equip more or better ones when you fortify y your weapons.

  10. Love seeing the “spin to win” strat with the hunter axe. Feels so badass doing the big wind up and then knocking enemies off their feet. Excited to see ya face your fear of spiders next episode!

  11. I'm itching for the next one bro!! I'm a huge FromSoftware fan and watching your playthroughs is like me playing the games another time, but without having to dedicate myself to it LOL. I watch your videos while working, doing dishes, etc. Keep them coming bro. Can't wait to see you play Sekiro and Dark Souls 1 & 3 specifically.

  12. It's as if the women within the clinics voice has changed, curious… Especially when you consider that at first she didn't want anyone else deeper in the clinic besides herself and a few other patients that she mentioned were under her care. I wonder, what's going on back there?

  13. Godskin duo was absolutely not the first multi boss fight, they’ve been doing those ever since the first dark souls, godskin duo is just bullshit cos they do nothing to balance it and just put two already existing bosses in a room together and went “that will do”
