I think more people should be rewarded. 300 winners is too low. You can see amazing designs on reddit, twitter and facebook that are as good as finalist and first price winners, and they got nothing.
Bombfish on a stick will be my favorite WAR main, while Lotus Dragon will be my favorite for MNK

I want to see scrolls for summoners and scholars! Maybe stone tablets or wood-paged tomes, I'm surprised over the years there haven't been more variations on "book".
I can not wait for that monk weapon specifically. Everything about it just screams to me. These are the monk weapons i love. Not gauntlets, not claws
just some small brace or glove and effect, and making it very known that monks are using their bare apendages for damage, not the weapons.

What really bugs me about swords,short swords,daggers, etc is the lack of scabbards,except for samurai obviously.
oi meoni, for that gun, search the word "talavera" you are going to love it, it is a traditional way of decaling ceramics here on Mexico, i do belive they got some inspiration out of that

While the goal of the weapon was so I can make to match the glamour set I had back then. I took some inspiration from Kamen Rider and Tokusatsu design in mind, while creating the weapon. Like the sword I took inspiration in one of the Kamen rider in Kiva. While the shield is from Goseiger sentai!

Pally4Lyfe here, and i absolutely love both pally weeps. I don't do Warrior but i have to say, hands down that Bombish Basher is the BOMB!! LOL especially if you can dye it like Dalamud Red.
The Sakura drk weapon really looks like a mizutsune great sword. I will need this
4:16 WAR basically got the most Monster Hunter-esque weapons i've seen. The first one reminds me of Almudron's weapons and the other looks like it could be an event weapon in MH.
6:32 If we ever get Endwalker Ultimate i really want the PLD and DRK weapons here to be rewards cause that DRK design could come from Meteion whereas the PLD design could be representative of the WoL.

obsidian really isn't that strong, it can be hella sharp though, remember, obsidian is just natural glass
So many cool weapons, especially love the Dancer one! DNC is my second main job, so can’t wait to get that one 🙂 just hate that there’s no Reaper weapons, cuz that is my other main job :-/ especially with Reaper being new and already have very few wep glam options…
The amount of talent people have out there is truly amazing~! I can't wait for these to come out and I love how they have taken the more comical/silly themes and then also a more serious/appropriate for each class :).
Who knew that so many people would submit ideas involving sharks.
If I were a betting man, which I am I would say the major generals shark mittens would be a Summer event reward maybe next year, with each class getting a variant or just Monk as a glam.
Square Enix should do what Valve does with Team Fortress 2 and let the fan community come up with gear designs on a routine basis. So much passion and creativity and fresh inspiration. I haven't seen gear in FFXIV that particularly impressed me in a good while and this would be a good source of content for the PVP battle pass/currency.
I'm on board with that monk weapon too. It's pretty telling that up until now my favourite monk weapon is the emperor's new fists. But that looks nice.
The AST weaps and WHM/BLM staffs are my favorites. I'd love that lantern theme one for the WHM, it would make more sense as BLM would be slapping that thing around casting magicks. Either way, if they choose to have that model for blm and whm it would still be super sweet. Another one of my favs is the Arcanist Eos and Selene themed book, as well as the Carbuncle themed leather book. OMG there's so many. O.O
