Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel – The WORST Fallout Game

Happy 25th Birthday, Fallout! In 1997, Interplay would introduce the world to a series that Bethesda would continue to expand. While we could spend this time celebrating a GOOD game, Adam Sessler and Emily Rose instead dive into a Fallout game that makes Fallout 76 look like God of War (2018). Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel – Interplay’s last addition to the Fallout series and a game that Todd Howard ignores in the current Fallout canon.

So strap in, break out a Nuka Cola (or a BAWLS in this case), and get ready for the wildest post-apocalyptic ride of your life.

In a post-apocalyptic future, a society known as the Brotherhood of Steel is born, wielding powerful weapons and armor from the time before the war, they seek to bring some form of order to the wastelands of what used to be the United States. As a new member(s) to the Brotherhood, you’ll soon find yourself separated from your comrades and forced to contend with a variety of missions and challenges alone. Radscorpions, Super-Mutants and Deathclaws are all in the Brotherhood’s way, and bringing an end to their tyranny will certainly make the wasteland a safer place.

  1. I might be in the minority remembering this game (and hating it), my friends had Tactics and I realized they indeed weren't the same game. Also, really fun to know that Fallout's existence gave us Sessler and a way Xplay!

  2. This was the first fallout game I have ever played, before it I had heard of the series, but I had no pc at the time. I really didn't mind it, though compared to other games using the same engine (Baldur's Gate Dark Alliance 1 and 2, and much more) it wasn't great, and the Bawlz ads and items were just out of place.

  3. Starfleet Command was good, I didn't know about the canceled ST game with all the voice lines recorded . . . damn. The only two Fallout games I've not played are BOS an 76 but I'd happily pick BOS over 76.

  4. Oh good. I'm not the only one weirded out by all the foreign accents in Fallout games. I'm not xenophobic or anything, it's just, how are they getting here? What airlines are still running? That said, I do have a big crush on Curie, so I'm not exactly complaining…just wondering.

  5. Adam, we just want game reviews, stop slamming politics down our throats, this is why G4 is on it's second (Perhaps third?) downfall. The whole idea is similar to why we play video games, to get our minds off of said subject and other things just for a little while. If the execs at G4 actually sat down and thought about it like that for at least five minutes, this video would have much more than a mere 28k views. It speaks volumes. Bring back the old G4 we know and love, not this weird zombie it became.

  6. Why are we talking about games, why don’t we just talk about women’s rights all day?
Sessler‘s agent needs to talk to John Stewart’s agent.
They need to get together and change the world.
This bigoted channel needs to hire more drag queens. Where’s the representation, you toxic fuckin phobes?
Thought you guys were stunning and brave.
Seriously, why are we even talking about games on this channel?
What is this? the straight white male channel? There’s already 5million of those.
LGBTQP representation? Where are all my Minor Attracted Peoples ya’ll?
Lets get some drag kids up in here. I want to see children grinding adults for cash.

  7. I used to get excited to hear Adam when I was 12. Now I get excited when his ridiculous political views are deconstructed online by rational minded humans. Love everyone. We are all brothers and sisters. No hate. No violence. Spread gaming not politics.
