  1. As you get older, things that bothered you at a younger age..
    Completely go away…
Just stop trying to save the world… save yourself..
That is and was my best lesson…because life is one big lesson… I have a very blessed life…be grateful for all your blessing, and let God know..❤

  2. From one “newbie” to another, I can totally relate Julia. Thanks for your vulnerability Julia and to Hunter for showing how to create a safe space for your partner. Y’all are the best! ❤️

  3. Hi! I’m an obgyn and the EXACT time is always always always called out when baby exits mom! It’s a crucial part of the birth process to assess how baby is doing exactly 1 and 5 minutes after birth. Absolutely no guesstimating here, boy!

  4. Julia I completely understand how you feel. I have always been a people pleaser and always choose to make someone else happy even if it makes me unhappy and I am trying to help balance that out in my life for my own mental wellness.

  5. I’m a Labor & Delivery nurse ! Yes, when the baby is born we mark on our computer (at least where I am) when the head is out, when the baby is born, and then when the placenta comes out (: That born time is then written down on your cards, etc !

  6. Yes there is a person "medical recorder" that write or types down what is happening in the room so you would have a birth time when the doctor says time of birth……just like in surgery and noting time of death.

  7. I'm so sorry about the unfortunate way you were robbed in Europe!! That must have been so traumatizing. I know you guys don't usually get into anything political or current events, but wondering if you are aware or prepping in any way with the coming shortages and supply chain issues that are getting more and more real. This is suppose to be a really hard winter according to and with listening to the truckers and those in the know with these issues.

  8. Julia 🤍 I have also been going through a similar time in my life of trying to set healthy boundaries and not feel guilty or selfish for it. Thank you, sincerely, for being open and talking about these things. It helps to know you're not alone in these feelings.

  9. Ya’ll are amazing 🙂 As a labor and delivery nurse we know the exact minute the baby is born. It’s funny because most parents want to immediately know the weight right when the baby comes out rather than the time. 💕 sending love

  10. Hunter has so much wisdom, it’s beautiful to this side of your marriage. I have a book recommendation. I’m in the middle of reading Emotionally Healthy Spirituality by Peter & Geri Scazzero. It’s been such an eye opener. There is also workbook with questions if you want to really get deep and understand your emotions. The reality is that we’re human and feelings/emotions are a natural thing for us. But of course like everything else in the world, we need to be able to understand what we’re feeling and why we’re feeling those things, certain triggers and find a healthy balance. This book goes deep, even looking into our family and realizing certain patterns. Julia its seems like your spirit is just crying out for answers, healing etc. turning to anything else like energy and manifesting are all counterfeits for what you’re really seeking, which is Christ. I promise you if you really get back to Jesus, like I mean with your whole heart, he will meet you right where you are and wrap himself around you with all the answers you’re looking for. He truly is a mighty deliverer. God bless you sis. I’ll be praying for you. 🤍

  12. Your not alone juj – I think it’s much more common than we think. It’s so hard to finally stand up for yourself and do what you want when you want how you want! The guilt is so painful and sometimes makes you question if it’s even worth it. But it’s all a learning game and it’s the effort you put in that is so admirable! You got this girl, it’s your time to shine and the people that love you – will do everything in their power to let that happen.
