With the normal engagements in military small arms combat, mobility at those distances doesn't help much, then a smaller framed women is disadventaged compared to a just as small framed men or a similar legged men as well. So women serving in military is COUNTERPRODUCTIVE. unless we think of some sort of special low caliber rpg launcher just for women with a bit of training on their lower body. but THAT WOULD BE FIGHTING FORCE. So then in a timely manner given that Ukrainians personally offended me, as soon as possible, withdraw all women disadventaged positioin that is tank crew, cannon crew, air defense operator, and infantry men positions.
