Hey nutz i might not know about the mod but i know how the dimensions work, heres how:
There are 2 dimensions as u saw, Everbright and Everdawn. Everbright as in it's name it's bright and not that many hostile mobs but on the other hand Everdawn is a dark place full with hostile mobs. In both dimensions are a witch tower and the big dungeon u saw at end. In order to enter the dungeon u must first complete the witch tower with it's boss (they are built the same but have different bosses) , after that u can enter the dungeon, you should search the floors for the keys and collect all of them, then u should go on the top floor and use them to enter the boss room and u should kill it in order go come out (or use the crystal thing to deep out if needed).
After killing every boss (there are 4, and u killed one so 3 more to go) you get a rewarded with special things such as the arcs. There are 4 arcs in total and u have one (I'm pretty sure there are 4 but correct me if I'm wrong).
Hey nutz another thing to mention is that in these dimensions your armor and weapons are weak and usually the best thing is to get it's ore (the dimensions have different ores but i think u can use them in both dimensions) the ores are simple and like the overworld but with different textures (just look up the recipe for them and compare the armor stats).
That's what u need to know but the thing is, that ur armor is good enough and u don't need to mine for them but if u really want just mine for them and throw some random enchantments and its done.
Hope it helps and I'm really searching for the best armor and weapon in dawncraft but there's just not enough info yet (i suppose because it's a new mod).

you can make a Absorption IV charm very easily with a golden apple (standard one), it kinda heals you 5 golden hearts/s, with the proper bookshelf and lvl 100 you can make it unlimited, or just use a 3min absorption II

U should get armor from L ender cataclysm
If you haven't decided on a weapon, consider upgrading your scythe. You can upgrade blood and madness weapons up to +10 using hunter's workshop.
I've been using a +10 chikage and it's been really op, especially since you can enchant them now.
Btw I’m pretty sure the paladin’s helm from obscuria’s essentials is the best helmet with 8 armour and is really easy to get cuz it’s made from platinum found in the over world (correct me if I’m wrong)

hey the nutzguy i know I ask for help a little bit but dawncraft is so glitchy I killed the knight rober and still cajt use an anvil this modpack developed so bad wish I never invested time into this
If you are looking for a good weapon from epic knights, I reccomend the Claymore. When your combat gague is full, your special is a defensive stance that blocks even arrows for a till you block 4 attacks that can overcome your defense. The reforging gives it upgrades for a shield, so retributive effects, and then it takes all your enchantments for weapons and shields.
