I remember encountering the feral ghoul neighbors while at the Suffolk County Charter School and had assumed they were the remains of the survivors at the school but I was wrong. ๐ I also have encountered them I feel like in downtown Boston near the Custom House Tower and the Massachusetts State House. Maybe a bit in Lexington. I'm about an hour and 46 minutes into the VOD now so the event might have already happened for you. It is unlikely, though, in my third playthrough of the game, I feel like I encountered them like 5 or 6 times. And what's weirder, in my playthrough now, ive encountered them twice but the two times I encountered them they were at a strong level first (gangrenous I think) and then I found them later on but they were significantly weaker. I was under the impression they level up their difficulty with you so when I first encountered them this time around I was like lvl 60ish so I assumed they were so strong because I was level 60. But it surprised me when I was in an easier region and they were easier to beat too. (their bodies looked more like the basic ghoul body) but I've seen them all over the Commonwealth so it really will be like catching lightning in a jar. I hope you did it. ๐ฏ

Unfortunately, you have not beaten any high scores with the Pip-Boy holotape games. It is your own personal game, so there are no high scores to beat other than your own.
The new high scores are the only scores on the games, so they would be the highest.
So, you will have to play them all again to beat your current score, THEN you will have a NEW high score.
So I do expect you to redo the Pip-Boy games again in your next video, or else that means you have not completed this quest.
