  1. It doesn't matter how much governments say how wonderful EV's are, the wise car buyer knows different and will not be forced into buying something that has range anxiety, lack of charging infrastructure outside urban areas, lengthy charging times and price issues. It is the public that eventually decides the market, not governments.

  2. Why would you buy into a system that will cost a lot of money to install a charge point, not give the range of ice engines, poor recharging facilities ,constant overseeing your mileage, checking that your journey has charge points, only being able to use comparatively to ice – in urban areas…….should I list more or does your belief in lowering our emissions from less than one percent will save the world and all that extra money in cost ,that your spending on – green cons – is worth it.this globalist green con needs to be dropped

  3. Very strange that the author never mentions the profit / loss amounts of Tesla, or BYD. Very strange.

If traditional auto makes overpriced, crappy EV's, is anyone surprised they have trouble selling them?

  4. I think it is important to emphasize that all car companies are in trouble, right here, right now. Anyone who bought a car in the last year will be regretting that because in 1 year from now those cars are going to be sold at fire sale rates. Might get a 75k vehicle for 30k. We will see.

  5. I don't want no plastic electric golf cart with doors. I don't even like new cars because they're too flimsy and fragile. They can't even survive a slight fender bender without creating $5,000 worth of damage. They're not like the old cars from the 70s that were solid built on a steel body on frame. Nowadays they're nothing but a fragile flimsy aluminum and plastic body attached to a fragile unibody. You can take a deep breath and blow a dent into your car. There's nothing but fucking garbage. I don't like modern cars and I don't like the electric garbage.
I want them to start making Vehicles like they did in the 70s solid steel body on frame that can actually survive a fender bender

  6. The battery technology isn’t their, the electrical grid is there, an abundance of reliable super charges isn’t there, insurance costs are sky rocketing and there is a major lack of acceptance, primarily because the fool in the WH has been attempting to physically cram it down people throats without any discussion or debate

  7. EV's are a dead vehicle walking, in just a short period time, they will be a thing of the past. Hybrid vehicles Achillies heel is the same as EV's, the battery. When the battery becomes defective or dies and your warranty has expired, you are in for a large replacement bill. Due to extremely high replacement costs due to accidents or defective batteries, insurance companies will be charging owners large premiums to insure these vehicles. To me, developing synthetic fuel in which some Eruopean and Asian manufactures are working with Shell Oil to do just that, is a much better alternative until a real-world answer to providing an energy source that is affordable for the average person to propel our vehicles has proved itself visible. This clown that was selected to run America, has proven himself to be as dumb as a box of rocks, and that goes for all of his administration as well. November, we better rid ourselves of this plaque to our Nation once and for all. The sad thing is, so much damage has been done in the short time this severally unqualified and corrupt clown show has taken over, it may take years to recover from it.

  8. The Chinese EV cars are affordable and high tech, but the U.S. government just slapped %100 tariffs on them. So now Americans do not have any low cost options if they want an EV. Market manipulation by the U.S. government. So much for the free market BS.

  9. When I was renting a car in Las Vegas, I was offered a tesla to rent. It was also cheaper but I declined. I didn't want to figure out where to charge and waste hours of my vacation time doing it.

  10. Have a look at Toyota. So clever. They will not abandon EVs as they know that EVs are the future. I asked my favorite witch and she predicted that EVs will be great 2032 😂

  12. EVs are one big con. It's was just to make money for the rich. And it's certainly not green. To produce it and run a EV it's far worse to the planet. But they don't tell you this. The insurance is insanely expensive. And will always will be. Cold weather kills the batteries. They loose vasts amount of money in the first two years.

  13. This is one of the best accomplishments of Obama’s 3rd term to kill our country. This is what you get when your government tells the auto companies what to make and what the people want instead of gearing toward what the people want or need. This E.V. move and the drive to get rid of natural fuels is going to be the demise of our economy. My stock investment dropped dramatically this month due to Obama’s 3rd term plans, first time since they threw the Trump family out of the White House. Buckle up, you have not seen the worst of things to come yet.

  14. I will NEVER buy an EV. Glad I did not fall for all of the BS and hype. The USA will soon look more like Cuba with 50 year old cars being rebuilt expertly and running as simple devices. Soon we will see a black market for simple ICE vehicles.

  15. Haha😂 let them all go out of business. Just a big smoke screen, they depreciate faster than gas cars and if your in a accident?
Good luck on that one. The batteries are easily damaged and will need to be replaced. 20-30 grand for a new battery? No thanks.
