I thought a lot about this scripture. Some of my thoughts: Death is not a punishment to those who are in Christ. Ananis allowed Satin to FILL his heart verses, allowing the Holy Spirit to fill his heart. Ananis exposed himself and his wife to greed, deceptionand dishonesty.
Someone else knew how much the property cost – that person was the person who bought the land. How did that affect the buyers' walk?
The dishonesty harmed their testimony.
At that time, the Church was a place of unity, and God presence was evident. All needs were met.
Sin could not/ can not exist in the presence of Christ.
We don't often think of the eternal effect of sin nor its mark on others. To God sin is sin.
It is a reminder that our sin has consequences.
I love watching the sky brighten throughout the video 🙂
