Elon Musk REVEALS A New Rocket Engine!

The US has launched astronauts to the moon and into Earth orbit. There are a lot of people out there who can’t wait for the day that humans set foot on the “Red Planet” of Mars.

But have you ever wondered, how long will it take to fly to Mars? Elon Musk recently stated that astronauts on the red planet may ultimately become a reality by 2029, so it may be long before it actually happens. And in order for that to happen, we need a reliably fast rocket engine to get us there in less than 9 months. And so in todays episode, we take a look closer on a new rocket engine that Elon Musk just revealed. So, stay tuned!

It has been a long-held goal of the CEO of SpaceX to build a city on Mars. It would be self-sufficient, could house a million people, and would make humans a species that lives on more than one world. Musk may have set his most difficult goal here, and it could keep him busy for thirty years.

“Why are we doing this?” Musk said at the company’s Starship progress report in February 2022. “This is very important for the future of life itself. There’s always a chance that something is going to go wrong on Earth.” There are no more dinosaurs!”

Musk also said that the plan isn’t just a simple insurance policy, but it’s meant to help build something amazing.

“Life can’t just be about solving problems,” Musk stated. “Something has to move your heart and inspire you.” Every morning, you look forward to what the day holds.

Fans had originally thought that the first people would reach Mars by the middle of the 2020s. However, Musk said on Twitter that week that the vision of astronauts on Mars would probably come true sometime in 2029.

And new study shows that Mars’s terrain is pretty dangerous. Surprising challenges will come up, like dust building up on solar panels and tiny rocks from Mars that have messed up NASA’s Curiosity project.

Musk has said that his goal is to make humans “multi-planet species.”

He has written down reasons why people would want to expand into the universe over the years. He often talks about the idea that a life-ending event on Earth could mean the end of humanity. However, people could live on if they could settle down on a new planet like Mars.

Mars is about 4.5 billion years old, but life hasn’t spread to other planets yet, and no one knows how much time is left,” Musk wrote on Twitter in November 2021. Besides climate change, which is the worst thing that could happen, a rock strike could also kill everyone.

He said in September 2018 that another reason is that it’s a reason to keep living:

“Becoming a space-faring civilization is one of those things that makes you excited about the future! There are so many things that make people sad or depressed about the future.”

Musk also said in February 2022 that one reason for humanity to expand is that we are “life’s guardians.” He said, “The creatures we love can’t build spaceships, but we can bring them with us.”

  10. How is it you call Armstrong's comment "Infamous" thats disrespectful, shows a level of prejudice, and on what basis do you maje that claim?
    Do we have reason question our impression of this channel.
    Maybe the creator's of this channel are too young for that event to be meaningful to them ?
    While not without issues the video is a good production.

  12. I met Elon Musk in 2000 and we discussed many of these ideas. There isn't a smarter business developer or CEO that has done what Elon has done with Tesla or SpaceX. Elon is even building multiple Starships for the consideration of commercial space exploration and colonization. Some people think they are smarter than Elon but I have yet to see anyone outsmart him. Using methane and oxygen, also known as ultra cool methylox for his Starship Rockets was brilliant considering most planets we will land on will have the ingredients to propel the Starships further out of our solar system and back. Of course the use of helium 3 in a nuclear fusion rocket would take us to the depths of our solar system and further a lot faster. Over the period of a few years he can realign him self back in the winning seat because he's already aware of the steps he has to take and he's already making them! Elon Musk is making the world cleaner and better place to live for many generations to come. I don't know if you could say the same for the fossil fuel industry! Even though the businesses we talked about we're going to be incredibly difficult to become successful at, there was a good chance of success! That's why we talked about ways of reducing advertising, manufacturing and distribution costs. Elon was going to move forward regardless, he said they were all good ideas and should be done. We even talked about ways of slingshotting your initial business by becoming your own best supplier. This eliminates being controlled by your suppliers. Innovative people with integrity expect to be believed otherwise they let time prove them right. So let's shoot for the Moon and Mars, then we will live amongst the Stars!

  14. The story lacks one thing. How to deal with the gravity when speeding up and slowing down. The faster you go the higher the gravity (G's) you will experience. The same slowing down to land. Till we can find a way of dealing with the gravity issues we will be relegated to going at slower speeds to keep the gravity from crushing us like bugs.

This seems possible, when you look at the power of our star, the sun , there is so much elytron flow from it , it comes to us from over 90:million miles and is still powerful enough to do extreme damage to our planet, so what would it take make a sleeve that can induct the flow to move a mass that has no weight in the vacuum of space, to go to the moon , if the poles could be harnessed in directional flow, push one way, and pulled the other it might be slipstreaming on the flow, mind you it would need to be assembled in space after being built on earth, and it might have to be large, but size is of no problem as there is nothing to block the build, the hart of it might have to be a massively electronic magnet to repel and push to go forward and slowdown by reversing the flow. I used to play with magnets as a boy and have great fun pushing one , with another a round the table top in a little frame, it used to drive my mum to dis pair , using the table when dinner was on the way, well boys and their toys.
