Elections Group WORRIED That DeJoy Is Sabotaging Mail-In Voting

The National Association of State Elections Directors noted in a letter that over the last year they have made numerous inquiries about slow processing at facilities, training of workers, and lost mail, but that “we have not seen improvements or concerted efforts to remediate our concerns.”

  1. I use absentee (mail-in) voting, and have been doing it since 2016. I love it because it gives me the time to study the issues and candidates, fill out the ballot and return it to the township clerks office at my convenience.

  2. I made sure to make my predictions known to my family.
A year ago, I told them that JUST before the election DeJoy would be in the news and would be a serious danger to this election.
IMO, he's absolutely up to no good, and as I predicted, there are serious concerns, and NOTHING has been done about it in the SEVERAL YEARS we've had to fill the empty seats on the board.
This is one of the many ways this election will be sabatoged by republikkkans.
We're pretty fucked regardless of a high turn out .
Wait until we see how many polling stations across the country are surrounded by Nazis with guns this time.
    BET ME!!
I don't think many people realize the utter insanity and 2nd nationwide COUPE attempt we are about to witness .
    Buckle up , kids!!🤬🤬🤬🤬

  3. DeJoy has been a thorn in my side since his tenure began. He shut down my my city's post office and now all mail goes 6 hours away before it gets delivered, even if I were mailing a Christmas card to my next door neighbor.

  4. DeJoy running the USPS is like putting a "man never walked on the moon" conspiracist in charge of NASA. With the current climate of election interference maneuverings and voter registration purgings, I consider it my civic duty to go online every election cycle in order to double-check my registration is current and correct and that my ballot gets processed. I will protect my voting rights.

  5. In my area of 5 mile radius, dejoy shut down 2 large sorting facilities and dismantled sorters that can process 30k peices of mail per hour. manual process is 5k to 7k in 8 hour. You need to have doj investgate dejoy, find evidence of wrong doing, and criminally charge dejoy. I have been saying this for months. if trump is in the white for a second term, he won't be leaving.

  6. Dejoy needs to go if we are going to win this election! It’s bad enough Red States have AG’s and Maga people in place to cause disruption; Dejoy will aid in it as well if he is still Postmaster.

  7. I have been asking literally since DAY ONE of the Biden presidency:

CAN WE PLEASE GET RID OF THIS A-HOLE NOW??? [DeJoy-less, obv.]

Sorry for all caps but I am SUPER pissed-off aggravated rn.

This is the type of feckless “oh golly gee, sure partner, it’s ok heh – yep it’s all statesmanlike around here, NO prob! 👍🏼
–type of attitude/behavior that really makes me see RED…when it comes to Biden’s hyper-Establishment, just like painfully antique a§§…
like omg gramps just come tf ON. 🤬🤯

    Merrick Garland as well. Just…argh.
Fr pls GET WITH IT, oh privileged aging white men…it is NOT 1952.
