  1. The only time i use the self parry glitch is when gankers try to cheese. Had a group camping an elevator, Rivers of Blood at the ready naturally. Popped some swords over my shoulder, went up. Boom, one down. Scramble, trick the second phantom down the elevator with me, kill him, come back up and kill the hosts just as a blue was coming in.
Evil is in the intention and the dependency on a glitch. I see this in a duel, i get salty lol.

  2. I’m very disappointed in the pvp community that it hasn’t even been more than 2 months and people are already exploiting and running builds that require you to use 0 brain cells

  3. thats something i hate alot i see so many in pvp that use exploids or bugs like this carian retaliation stuff or others, just to win in pvp. Hope the devs fixes this stuff so most items work as intended. And of course they balance stuff out i hope. I also have a strange ivnasion where the player i invaded was walking in the air and every time i was in range and was able to attack him he goes true a solid rock and stay inside this rock very strange. Hope the devs are aware and fix this bugs and balance items.

  4. Not a fan of the weapon switching. I think it's not very honorable to have a build and switch it midfight.
Against a moonveil spammer, sure, but against a fair opponent?
Maybe I'm just old and still stuck in DS2 pvp mindset

  5. As someone who uses Bloodhound step cause it fits their dual rapier aka toothpick build it makes me so sad to see someone just straight up spamming it 5-7 times in a row to get out of a pvp encounter
Keep it up JeeNiNe. Let those dislikes fuel your power. Reveal the Gitting of the Gud to these nerds.

  6. Ezekial's Plague Breath is phenomenal in PvP but I feel no one knows how to use it. You gotta have the opponent semi close and be able to gain air above them then cast. Like leap off a rock at them at a height they cant reach and cast. And free aim is better than lock on I feel. With lock on the enemy can out sprint it going sideways, but with free aim you can easily keep it on them.

Just saying this because the veeeery first dude in the video throws a cast at you while youre running away, which is just a waste of the whole FP bar.

The only way I havent one shot someone with it is if they have a greatshield and tank the hits. Everyone else gets one shot. (or Bloodhound step, I can only get like 1 or 2 of 6 hits in if they spam Bloodhound step, but the rot still triggers even if the attack does no damage for some reason)

  7. PvP in this game is kinda trash ngl. Like all the weapons/spells/abilities are cool, but the constant bug abusers and gankers are really annoying. I don't mind the 1v3 too much, DS3 pvp was all ganks at the end. But the infinite stunlock and 1200 damage weapon arts are bullshit, not to mention the bug abuse.

  8. Bloodhound's Step and passive poise are by far the most broken things in this game. Bleed builds, Madness builds, even Fingerprint Shield doesn't bother me as much as BHS. The only PvP opponents I struggle against are BHS'ing Greatsword users with high poise. I can't hit them from mid range even if I force a roll with Pest Threads because of BHS, I can't outtrade them even though I'm rocking 65% physical damage reduction (their poise just wins), and their reach makes outspacing them a really tricky affair (I use a Sacred Great Epee on a pure faith build).

  9. A tip from a sorcerer, spells such as Eternal Darkness (safest strategy) and Thops's Barrier will protect you from the glitch. Since they're glintblades they count as if you had just used one of the glintblade spells. I used Eternal Darkness and it always kept me safe.

  10. How do u have ur equipment inventory set up where they are all bunched up together ,, for me they are all like in brackets ? And I would like to change it to how your inventory for weapons looks, any tips for PlayStation on how to do this ?

  11. Spamming bloodhound step doesn'T have infinite iframes tho. If you spam it through something that ticks damage, you'll see. But it's a small window to be fair, and I'd be all for making it bigger. Generally I think that it should cost more FP.

  13. Ultimately, you being upset over tanks and calling them pathetic for the way they play is sorely lacking. Of course, it’s sad to see players exploiting, but the way they play that is not exploiting is not pathetic. Cant wait until if they add arena feature, just so you can quit crying over “gankers” that just want to co-op.

  14. I have a neat idea about how to balance Bloodhound Step that I haven’t heard before.

In Sekiro, there’s a prosthetic tool that also gives you tons of i-frames and distance, called Mist Raven. It’s really cool because there’s a catch – you have to time it like a counter/parry, and if you mistime it, you can get punished.

Personally I think this is the best way to handle BHS. (Having it drain more FP is a good change but insufficient imo, having it drain HP I’m more iffy on bc it conflicts with the main purpose of BHS, which is evasion.)

I think it’s more fun for everyone if they turned it into a risk-reward/timing challenge. Good for escaping mindless spell/attack spam, so it’s perfect for invaders, but still requires a bit of skill. If you trying to chase down a phantom, they can only get away if they time their Mist Raven. If they mistime it, you get a punish. Now there’s skill to it, plus counterplay for people who read the BHS and delay their punish. No more BHS spam.

I think it gives BHS more fun, more character, and adds a skill floor to it which is SORELY needed. And I would love that callback to Sekiro since people sleep on that Prosthetic Tool wayyyy too much. It’s fun as hell.

  15. If you go through the frenzied flame ending, you get access to frenzyflame stones, which are pretty much infinitely available warming stones you can use in invasions. It's pretty op for invaders.
