Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree " still some way off " ?

So I came across a news article that claimed that Elden Ring’s upcoming DLC Shadow of the Erdtree was ” still some way off ” and figure I’d look into what that actually meant.

  1. If he mentioned Bloodborne instead of Ds3 that means Sony and fromsoftware had long conversation that had Bloodborne words in that conversation and probably about new project or BD IP developed by second fromsoftware team

  2. I am still burnt out on my first and only 150+ hour Elden Ring playthrough. In fact, after the last 3 years, I am burnt out on big AAA games in general. I need a break. There have been half a dozen or more all time-great games that I have put 100 or more hours into each. I look forward to delays at this point. Not just for a better product but to recoup my gaming stamina. The last 6 years will probably go down as some kind of golden age in terms of gamings legacy; too many amazing games.

  3. I enjoyed myself playing Elden Ring, even with all the drama around it (looking at you TheActMan and the other dude which's name I forgot because he is unimportant πŸ˜‚, anyway!) the game is fun, but playing it again to remind my self of the game mechanics, buttons and what so ever, would be a pain. Having a dlc is fine, i rather see that on the market then ER2. I remember back in the day games would have more dlc then sequeals. Will be a pleasure to see you play this, but me for one, I will stick to what ever I will be playing at that time. Most probably CP2077 πŸ˜‚

  4. To me it doesn't matter if they take more time because u know what u will get, more dark souls in an open world with new enemies and bosses, the only question is how big will it be, probably the size of a regular ass dark souls game, hopefully. 🀣
