I really wish madness worked on PvE enemies. Really wanted to do a Flames of Frenzy proper build, but because it doesn't proc on PvE enemies that are not tarnished it just doesn't work outside of like two spells.
Anyone who thinks this is ok is mental. Guys have any of you tried invading lately? Host instantly gets 2 hunters each with moonveil katana whilst a phantom can use vykes spear OR if you want to double the fun the deathblight glitch. I cant believe im saying this but… bloodborne pvp is more viable than Elden Rings.

that is a slow attack and always hit far. if you want to dodge it just go near. and do a backstab
