Huh, I got a different item from that boss, the Frozen Lightning incantation I think. This seems to be a recurring issue, because a friend of mine got the drop from a different Crucible Knight in the duo Crucible Knight bossfight, and afaik the Frozen Lightning is supposed to drop from a different Dragonkin Soldier.
