did a poison arrow cheese against Radahn and it took me about 9-10 times to finally kill him, guessing the rotton breath is far more effective

Dragon rot was the only reason i could beat godskin duo in endgame with my faith build. Used it so many times cause its pure fun.
I cant buy it I come to the altar hé put his hand out to the altar and nothing happens
i cant use it though, it's faded in and whenever i try to use it it doesnt work, i even got the dragon communion seal and it still doesnt work
His name is dirty Ricky and he is a standup guy inspite of his rotten breath.
Usually i hit them with the rot breath (why not) then follow up with the element i think they are weak too, usually fire or the magic breath if that doesn't kill them hit them with hoarfrost stomp for frostbite and hit them with breath again until dead usually melts bosses in 2-3 breaths at 30 faith with the breath talisman
I have a dragon heart, came to the church, did the ritual, but only three incantations are showing for me, none of which is the Rotten Breath incantation. Any suggestions? I also tried at night, same thing. Only three showing up. Are there two grace sites here? I picked up the one outside the church, which is labeled "Church of Dragon Communication," but it looks like you've picked up one inside the church, which I can't find for the life of me. Thanks for any help.
So the rotten heart isn’t showing up for me, do I have to spend my skill points on what you said for it to show up or is there something I’m not doing right

Hé people Go to the Cathedral of Dragon Communion in the Big Red Zone.
And there you find Ritual of Dragon Communion,
and there you can buy the Rotten Breath spell.
It is one Dragon Heart.
And you can kill one Easy Dragon by the Dragon-Burnt Ruins.
The Dragon will land in that area.
Super easy and you don't need the nonsens He's just wasting your time.
