I don't think Mihawk and Zoro will fight. I think somehow Mihawk will die, making Shanks no 1 swordman. Zoro will try to kill Shanks and Luffy will step in. Zoro stated that will kill Luffy if he tries to stop him from being no 1 swordman. I can't think further that that

Interesting theory and the persona 5 ost fit very nicely
There are some insividual parts I’m not sure on, like Mihawk, Crocodile, Moria or Bege joining Blackbeard, or Buggy joining Luffy (esp with recent developments in the series), but a most of this makes a lot of sense with what we know, kudos for a great theory

I do agree Laugh Tale is in first part of Grand Line, but it can also be underwater or floating in the sky. Laputa shares a lot of similarities with One Piece and Oda said it was inspiration for him.
On the side note, do you think Calm Belt is an artificial creation of some kind of device that is under Mariejoea???

The Four Road Poneglyphs intersecting into Laugh Tale's location is the X Marks the Spot trope! Look at the panels or anime scene where we discover the Road Poneglyph in Zou. The explanation given by Neko and Inu shows an X. The Poneglyphs are red. Big Red X

If the Sanji/Big Mom fight does end up happening, I could see it going where Sanji sticks to his morals and spends the entire fight evading and defending, frustrating big mom so much that she continually uses up years of her life to try and get more powerful so she can beat him, only to end up accidentally killing herself in the process.

I don't think laughtale is inside a whale, but you may need a whale (maybe even Laboon) to swim down at the center of the X, so Laughtale could exist underneath reverse mountain. That could also mean this Whale would act as the 3rd ship for Luffy.
