While we are called to not be part of the world (called to be apart from it), we are not called to be fearful. Quite the opposite, fear inhibits our walk. It makes us ignorant, foolish, irrational, and removes our ability to reach others (we retract into only our own communities and decide to avoid all opportunity to spread the fragrance of Christ). Spencer spreads fear and ignorance, in videos like this, and the enemy loves it. You should probably read the dune series, You'd like it. If anything the dune series makes it clear Paul, and people like him, are people you do not want to follow.
Dune is not new. It's a fantasy, sci-fi movie based on the books.
1. Paul is not a savior figure. The whole series specifically rejects the idea. In fact, the whole series is about why you should NOT follow a certain tral charismatic leader.
2. The spice does not give blue eyed people magic powers.
3. Paul doesn't want to unleash a jihad or be a messiah. He is trapped by prescience and self-interest.
4. Dude, you really should get things right if yiur going to preach. You can't interpret Dune, why would I trust you to interpret the bible.
According to John’s epistle, there were already many antichrists during his time.

Have you read the books? It's a warning about charismatic religious leaders. Paul is absolutely not framed as a savior or even a competent leader. He's a disaster that eventually wanders off into desert to die.
I'm sorry Spencer but the Author of Dune Frank Herbert has already pre-emted you. The next book in the series basically describes the consequences of the previous. The book is a warning to mankind to never put too much trust and power into a single individual because they will always let you down. No single person can ever be responsible with that much power. It takes a genocide (60billion in the book) to make people realise their mistake in following false messiah's.
This is the reality. There is the fantasy. There is the fear.
You are right in two of the three.

I had a peculiar dream yesterday about New York. It had some prophetic things like empty grocery shelves and people wandering the streets circling and walking in the crosswalks to prevent people from coming into the city. Then almost everyone was in a movie theater preoccupied by the movies that they were watching. Either people were on the streets looking for food, or in these movie theaters happily distracted. Then I saw all of these trucker strikes that are causing food shortages. Very strange times
I agree about the dune movie and the books. Only one God and He is the true God who is of judgement and righteousness. 🙏 Not a man although many will sadly be decieved
Every Christian should watch dune. It is a warning of warrior like messiahs that fulfill the desires of the host culture or religion.
When Jesus came, he was specifically non-revolutionary like the Zealots wanted. They expected a religious leader and messiah to liberate them politically from the Romans.
Paul is never meant to be someone to emulate or look up to. He’s a warning of religious devotion turned violent and political.
Jesus is the messiah who taught us to love our enemies, and endure suffering. Jesus was not the messiah most Jews expected. Dune still serves as an excellent warning to everyone to be on guard.
The fremen are like Islamic freedom fighters against their so called oppressors, weird the timing of this movie, there were Islamic motifs in the 80s film as well as the new one!
Some of you might be aware. That September 23 2024. The United nations is planning on signing the pact with many nations. To rule the world. If this happens its the 1st rider of the apocalypse.
