  1. Aw, please give your Duke a hug for me, Raif! I’m actually in the hospital recovering from my stomach cancer tumour removal on Jan 8th…they removed 50% of my stomach, parts of my diaphragm, pancreas, liver, and all of the spleen…but now I’m cancer free for the first time in 1.25 years. My Duke is at home and my niece has been taking good care of him. I’m gonna have your fur baby in my thoughts and I’m sending love & aloha from Honolulu!

  3. Please give Duke a big hug from me. You have been an inspiration to me and I want to say thank you. Iam also video tapping my doctors appointments not just for me to look back on, but for others to learn what it is like to be a diabetic amputee. Plus my huge announcement which happen in September 2023.. iam not a certified peer volunteer for the amputee coalition. I can't wait to see more of your content.

  4. What a relief that you have medical insurance for your doggy son Duke! I'm praying that they can remove the tumor and that he is completely cured afterwards. Also for a pain free swift recovery. Also praying for financial blessings for you this year! AMEN! (Lord knows I need the same)
Ps. Good luck on your transplant procedure! Id be pretty nervous. Especially going to Turkey but i trust youre using good judgement. 😊

  5. Glad you're back. I go to the very inclusive Unity on the Bay Church for Sunday services every week. I highly suggest everyone do something with group spirituality and with your partner if you have one. You'll be glad you did.

  6. Oh my! Many prayers for Duke. We have a few parallel experiences and I'm so grateful for the work you are doing for the HIV community and pray for all the blessings needed for you to continue your work and passions. My boy Cody, a 10 year old Labrador mix, was diagnosed with malignant melanoma in November 2023. He had a very large, fast growing tumor removed and unfortunately, I knew they would not be able to get it all due to the location in his jaw. He was given only a few months to live. He is doing okay for now, he's eating and still enjoys playing with his siblings, and he sleeps very close to me every night. I've switched his diet some and added a few alternative supplements to hopefully slow the progression. I'm hopeful anything can happen. 😊 you are so inspiring to me and I'm so thankful I found your content. I do believe God provided the connection as an answered prayer. ❤
