  1. Good gameplay for a silver mercy, some changes they could do is more Damage boosting, specially when your dps use their ults, & rez is definitely gonna be even more important now for ow2 specially knowing theirs only gonna be 1 tank.

  2. You saying she should damage boost soldier over healing junkerqueen was kinda wrong… like either choice was right but I feel like keeping the only tank alive is more important because soldier ult will get value no matter what.

  3. There are a lot of people in the beta right now trying to play OW2 like OW1 and can't figure out why they aren't doing well. Not having 2 tanks changed the game a lot more than people realize.

I rly liked watching this mercy's gameplay its crazy how some players can play in ranks like silver her positioning was rly good, she could have damage boosted a bit more i think but that was nice too, the rezes could be better I would say but overall if this was like a GTR I would have guessed high gold for suree

  6. Strongly disagree on not looking at the target you're healing. Whomever Mercy is healing, she has command over their performance. Properly syncing up with the beam target is important. Is the target in position to deal damage? Boost them, even if they're not full. Is the target about to take a lot of damage. Heal, don't boost. Is the target being a dumbass? Disconnect, let them die, pick a different target. Mercy is not a heal bot. She needs to consider more than just positioning. In order to get full value out of the character, the Mercy player needs to identify who's able to keep themselves alive, who's able to deal decent damage and who's likely to take more damage. Watching what people are doing is crucial. Leaving the beam on auto is irresponsible at best.

    Especially since it's entirely possible to watch the beam target AND the rest of the team with proper positioning and situational awareness.

Mercy is super strong in 5v5 when I'm up against her I usually lose and it sucks because the only counter play to beating Mercy is to KEEP HER DEAD which is absolutely no fun for the mercy player since they are playing respawn simulator but her kit is so oppressive you need to kill her first or you lose every team fight. If you pay attention to the comp they did not play any dive heroes, No Lucio, Winston/Ball/Doom or Genji/Sombra yknow dive. The enemy practically gifted Mercy her free win. Props to the name "Nerfcy" I totally agree Mercy is gonna need a big nerf/ massive rewwork, 30 percent damage boost and super jump res shouldn't exist in the "ValorWatch 2" world we live in now

  9. I'm also a silver support at 1800 SR. I fee like I'm performing better in the OW2 beta, but of course the matchmaking is all over the place. The live stats give me a better idea of how I'm doing and what I need to work on. I really appreciated you covering a silver support game because it seems like nobody else on YT will do that. I don't play Mercy, but I'd love to see more of this content.

  10. lol I can tell a good amount of the team when on atk were hoping to get pocketed – that or they are just reckless.

    So far OW2 is a feeding fest. DPS are learning hard not to rely on tanks and healers to stay alive xD

  11. Flying in to rez then the autofly thing kicks in and the rez is cancelled something ive done multiple times. Not happy about the change but also a muscle memory thing I have to over come I guess,. I don't like the change

  12. Tbf *I don't think there is an "optimal" or "ideal" amount of damage beam to heal beam time*. Usage of either is highly situational. Obviously if I had a team that was taking no damage at all I could have damage beam up all the time, if I have a team that's taking poop loads of damage then my priority is going to have to be keeping them alive. Team makeup, enemy team comps, individual player's skill/game sense and playstyles will all affect your ability to use one beam or the other. Someone obsessing over hitting an "ideal" ratio will not be focused on a healer's primary job. People should stick instead to an easy rule of thumb: If you don't NEED to be healing (or shooting), be damage boosting.

    IMPORTANT

    You can toggle guardian angel to HOLD
    While holding the skill it will allow you to choose how far you will fly, and you can let go right before the take off if you don't want to fly in the air!
    I've found this much better with this new issue that we're all struggling with!
    It may take some getting use to, but this definitely helps when you don't want to shoot up.
    And it also adds a little more skill to the ceiling with more control, it's also great for fake outs when you're getting ganked! 🙂
