A 9-month-old baby was killed Wednesday afternoon following a drive-by shooting in Merced.
Around 12:30 p.m. Wednesday afternoon Merced Police were called to the area of 12th and Q streets, for reports of a 9-month-old Darius King Grigsby had been shot. Officials say the mother rushed to a nearby Mcdonald’s on R and W. 13th Streets following the gunfire.
