Funny how foreigners like Stef more than his own people do. Greeks don't have a tennis culture (I'm greek too). Reading these comments makes me happy for Stef, because clearly people are seeing what I'm seeing, that he is a good person, even if he acts bad sometimes. He's grown so much, matured and calmed down. I kept telling his haters that he is young and won't be a brat forever, but they wouldn't listen. It's a shame how quickly people put labels on others. The stress of performing at such a high level is something we cannot relate with or understand.

Ιn the tiebreak at 10-9, great defense by Tsitsipas. I've been watching tennis for 40 years from the best defenses I've ever seen. I wish he would win the point and the match of course.
He seems to be playing his best as of late. That backhand of his seems to break down mechanically and cost him unnecessary points.
Medvedev is by far my favourite player among the new generation, and would have been my favourite if he played during the great 3 era. I adore his play style
Tsitsipas has the talent to achieve more than this. Should take an extra coach or replace his coach as father. He should focus on more stamina and his groundstrokes need to be better placed, closer to the lines and maybe also more powerful. Its nice to see Stefanos play with his single handed bh.
