  1. why did they set the test rig so far off the shore, from where the island is , you know if science showed its possible they wouldent have a episode to post , since they dident find a body lets assuume they dident make it , and that they just dident fle the country or change there names

  2. Ironically being in such a small craft might have helped them . I'm thinking about aerodynamics admittedly but there's some similarity. For example my car is much smaller than the 18 wheeler I drive . Using the difference between the 2 in the winds leads me to believe there must be a similar effect between small and large water vessels . The smaller the drag surface the easier it should be to control or manipulate its path .
I don't think they all made it but even as someone who doesn't gamble I have to admit the idea that at least one of them made it is plausible.

  3. I do not believe those three famous escapees were so capable as to do what they did but then so ignorant as to ignore the tide. The number of years having passed been so many, I have to think if they survived that one of them would have made something like a death bed "confession".

Would have been an interesting hustle for some elderly coot to claim he was one of them.

  4. I was really interested to watch this but the way the commentary is done is painful to say the least. It's not a big dramatic thing but something that would be very interesting to watch if the commentary was done in a more professional manner.

  6. No doubt Alcatraz had a long history. But, I would like to see National Geographic do an episode addressing the occupation of Alcatraz by the Indians of All Tribes (20NOV69 – 11JUN71). Thanks for posting and be safe 🙏

  7. A boat without lights found near the Rock the night of the great escape, according to the local police, a stolen car and many more, could be the missing pieces of the puzzle of the true story about Frank Morris's team.
