Hi. If you have the Dragonbane module all the die rolls come with a simple button in the rules compendium (Character Creation). The attribute roll is very good as it rolls four 4D6 and takes the three highest. For the kins and professions just drag and drop them on the card and they are automatically filled in.

I was a student in one of Ryan's Intro to 5e classrooms, and still have the handout he provided with scribbled notes containing bits of Melee's TTRPG wisdom! 📜🤓👍
I should probably mention in the stream I stated that you assign rolls to attributes in order. That is NOT the case. You have to assign them AS you roll them, but in any order you wish. Then once all are assigned, you can swap two.
