Cajun shrimp and sausage vegetable skillet
Ingredients
1 pound large shrimp
1 pack smoked sausage
Yellow and Red bell pepper
1 zucchini
1 small red onion
1 bunch of asparagus
Season to taste

Be sure to cut everything similar in size brown off the sausage first and remove add 1 tsp of olive oil to shrimp season and brown on each side about 2 minutes a side be sure not to overcook cook. Next add 1 tablespoons to all the vegetables season and mix well place in bout don’t stir for about 2 minutes or so let get brown flip vegetables over and brown other side. Turn heat off add back in the sausage and shrimp mix and serve on its on to keep it keto or add rice or pasta. Thanks for watching Blessings
