  1. They limit the time during summer and spring, however during colder temperatures like winter will be a bit longer shifts,

This is from my uncle during his time for Disney world in Florida, actually gets quite cold during the winter so glad for that,

  2. thinking abt how furries will have more in place in their suits to keep themselves cool as like. One Person paying for it all and a multibillion dollar corporation cant do the same

  3. Some Japanese police officers have fans in their jackets and furries have done it for ages yet Disney somehow still refuses to put any cooling systems in? This is just stupid and cruel to the employees man

  4. My parents worked for Disney world in the 90s as characters. My dad was Genie and mom was Minnie, they always tell us how insanely hot it was in those suits with no ventilation or anything. I guess nothing has changed in 30+ years💀💀

  5. If you cant have fans, why not use those cooling pads that stick to people? Or that fancy cooling spray that turns into an adhesive gel? I am not advocating for more exposure to the elements, but Florida is a humid pain on a good day.

  6. I did a full costume like that for a lil bit- and the sweat in my eyes was the worst part. It stung, I felt awful, and it made it nearly impossible to sign the lil booklets that the kids give you. I was also inside, btw. I can’t imagine being in one of those again and NOT having a fan
