DJing with Stems

Hereโ€™s a video reviewing Stems in Serato 3.0, and showing how Iโ€™m using them for transitions and mashups on the DDJRev7. I used to use Stems on Traktor, and Iโ€™m aware that Stems have been available on other software, but this is the first time its available in Serato, which is big news if youโ€™re a Rev7 user like me ๐Ÿ™‚

  1. Hi so I dj at sweet-sixteen tonight and I took risk of using the beta and I must say Iโ€™m impress itโ€™s more stable than the current version 2.6, and my laptop is not that new is a mid 2015 MacBook pro, I basically dj the entire night, six hours to be exact and no problems, the only thing I notice is the waveforms look different they look almost the same as virtual dj so that got me thinking???could it be๐Ÿ˜ฎ

  2. Was just looking into the stems feature as I'm on Rekordbox. Was refreshing to see a DJ that's in ministry. Quite rare to find people that are open about their faith in the industry we're in. You've got yourself a new subscriber from the States. Keep it up brother, and may God bless you.

  3. I always ask this with u STEMS salespeople… Show us how the STEMS works with old school music… Ur playing a song with hardly any depth so drip some Gap Band, Roger Troutman, Kool & the Gang, Bee Gees, Blonde, The Cars, Wild Cherry, KC & the Sunshine Band or even some Rick Ashley! Watup???

  4. you people just kept talking about stem and show casing how it work, but you people don't make a video on how the stem is supposed to be analyzed before it can start working properly on serato. I give ya all a thumbs down for not making a right video on how to get the stem analyzed before it can start working properly.
