The Walt Disney Company and their relationship with the former Reedy Creek Improvement District ( RCID ) underwent a full audit that was reported in meeting of the newly formed Central Florida Tourism Oversight District. A panel of experts independently audited various aspects of the former board’s operations with DisneyWorld – Orlando, Florida and found significant and frequent “irregularities” that seem to perhaps constitute violations of not only Florida law but also potential violation of the MSRB ( Municipal Securities RuleMaking Board ).
