  1. For me it is. At least the Characters are not dumbed down and some of them are even sassy. I just like that way more than anything in AC NH, which shows in my hours played. And that's coming from someone, who loved every AC-Title before AC NH, which is just a shallow husk of it's former glory.

  2. I don’t fully understand everyone comparing the game to AC, I suppose I can see the parallels, but for me it’s much more like the old school 3D harvest moon games. Animal crossing has no farming, usually no crafting, and characters are mostly static (meaning they don’t change or develop or really have all that unique of personality). This is much closer to harvest moon, characters are different and have life, and have things for you to do. You can farm and turn a profit and use materials gathered from lots of activities to progress.

  3. This is the epitome of a Disney money-grab product. The game runs horribly on switch. The mechanics are clunky, the quests are tedious and boring. The menu system is way more complicated than it needs to be. Pick up an item.. oops, your storage is full. Smash a rock, oops, you’re out of energy. Need a particular item for a quest? No where to be found. I never got angry playing a game but this made my blood boil. Deleted it from my switch the day after I bought it.
